Side Bar has exterior seating that can accommodate up to 65 people (seated).
Reservation below is for the use of tables and INTERIOR/EXTERIOR space exclusively.
Side Bar Taproom and exterior seating is located to the side of the Main Taproom.
Exterior seating: Beer garden tables with benches.
Intimate area with perfect evening lighting and brewhouse visibility.
Side Bar Taproom does not have inside seating. Small private bar with AC.
Side Bar Taproom has 16 different beer taps and 2 frozen wine options.
In the event of inclement weather, Cactus Land will issue a full refund to the host. This will only happen if the host is canceling the event due to rain. Cactus Land Brewing Co. has limited covered seating available that is first come first serve and is served as common area.

The best time for a Saturday Booking is from 4PM -9PM. The 12PM hour is a bit bright due to the Suns location at that time of day.
Last call for alcohol is at 9:00PM.
All trash must be tossed and tables cleared from decor and left over food.
WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL.
We do not allow ICE CHESTS! Even if it is only containing n/a beverages. This is a liability for our small business.
Can I purchase a non-alcoholic drink package? YES! You can select at checkout of your reservation that you would like to have water, sodas and kool-aid’s provided for your party. We will have them ready for your event, chilled and ready to grab-n-go for your guests.

Yes, although we do not allow you to have your event catered unless it is provided by the food truck that is scheduled onsite at time of booking. We do not want our patrons to think that your event is secondary food option for them. Finger foods/snacks/pre-cooked food is welcomed.We always like to encourage the use of our food trucks. If you are expecting a large event and seeking the use of our food truck, we recommend giving the food truck(s) a heads up on the head count of your party. This allows the food truck to better prep for your event and to bring additional food/ staff to better serve your event and our public opening. We DO NOT have electrical space for warmers.

Many hosts either open a tab to a certain dollar or they will pre-purchase drink tickets and pass out tickets to guests. Once the tickets are gone the guest then opens their own tab.
Guest can open up their own tabs and order/pay as they please. You as a host are NOT obligated to fund your guests bar tab.
We don't sell full kegs; all alcohol is sold per glass. Hosts can also have their guest pay their tabs on their own individually.

Yes, you can utilize one of our walk-in coolers to store a cake only.

Magnets are great and leave no damage. Glitter, hay, rice, silly string, confetti of all types & gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on our property. No permanent taping, nailing or thumb tacking of decorations or signs to any wall(s), door(s) or ceiling. Candles are not permitted. Fake candles are welcomed. Nails, screws, staples, duct tape, and any other permanent marking tools cannot be used to attach décor. Be careful with glass décor, we tend to have strong wind gust. We have seen many broken décors due to our winds.
