Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a baby shower, gathering with family, or planning a special occasion, our Silver Package offers a relaxed, one-of-a-kind setting for your event.
Enjoy five hours of exclusive access to Cactus Land Brewing Co., surrounded by our beautiful oak trees, rustic charm, and wide-open Texas countryside.

At Cactus Land Brewing Co., we provide the atmosphere, space, and many of the essentials needed to bring your celebration to life. From seating beneath the oak trees to dedicated beverage service, our goal is to make hosting your special occasion a little easier.

20 benches (seating approximately 3 guests each)
25 picnic tables nestled beneath our oak trees
6 large round tables with 4 accompanying chairs each
5 bar-height tables with 4 accompanying chairs each, located on the covered deck

Our metal chairs and benches may be used for ceremony seating. Guests are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs as needed.

Looking for a comfortable, private space during your celebration? Our cabin is perfect for bridal preparations, getting ready, storing personal belongings, or simply enjoying a quiet retreat away from the festivities.

Keep your guests refreshed with a convenient, self-serve beverage station, perfect for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, and private gatherings.
Our beverage station is prepared with vintage tubs, iced down and ready for your guests to enjoy.
Includes:
3 cases of bottled water (120 bottles total)
3 cases of assorted sodas (105 cans total)
2 cases of Kool-Aid Jammers (80 pouches total)
That's 305 beverages for your celebration!
Any unopened beverages remaining at the end of your event are yours to take home!

Your celebration, your budget, your choice!
At Cactus Land Brewing Co., we believe hosting a special occasion should be enjoyable, not financially stressful!
We do not require a minimum beverage purchase for private events. When you book our venue, you're reserving the space for your celebration, and our beertenders are here to serve your guests.
As the host, you are never obligated to purchase drinks for everyone attending. Your friends and family are there to celebrate YOU, and guests are always welcome to purchase their own beverages.
However, if you'd like to treat your guests to a round (or a few!), we offer several flexible options to fit your celebration and budget.
OPTION 1 | Hosted Bar Tab with a Set Budget
You set the budget. We'll handle the rest!
Want to put $200, $500, $1,000, or another amount toward your guests' drinks? Simply let us know your preferred spending limit.
Our beertenders will serve eligible beverages on your hosted tab until the designated amount has been reached. Your budget remains private and will not be shared with your guests.
Once your hosted tab reaches its limit, guests can continue purchasing beverages individually on their own tabs.
Perfect for: Hosts who want to contribute toward drinks while keeping expenses within a comfortable budget.
OPTION 2 | Prepaid Drink Tickets
A round (or two!) is on you!
Drink tickets are a great way to treat your guests while maintaining a predictable beverage budget.
Simply choose how many tickets you'd like to provide, whether that's 25, 50, 100, 150, or more. You can distribute them to guests however you prefer.
Current ticket pricing: $7 per ticket (subject to change).
Each ticket may be redeemed for one of the following:
One full-size pour of beer
One glass of wine
One small frozen wine beverage
The total cost of your requested drink tickets will be added to your event-day bar tab.
For nonalcoholic beverages, we recommend a separate hosted tab since these drinks are generally priced lower than alcoholic beverages.
Perfect for: Weddings, birthdays, and celebrations where hosts would like to provide each guest with one or two complimentary drinks.
OPTION 3 | Unlimited Hosted Bar Tab
Let the good times roll!
Want to cover your guests' beverages throughout the celebration without setting a spending limit? We've got you covered!
With an unlimited hosted bar tab, eligible beverages are charged directly to your event tab throughout your rental period.
This option can help simplify beverage service and keep lines moving, allowing your guests to spend less time paying and more time celebrating.
Please keep in mind that our beertenders always practice responsible alcohol service and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot be served safely.
Perfect for: Hosts who prefer to cover all guest beverage purchases without a predetermined spending limit.
OPTION 4 | Individual Guest Tabs
Everyone grabs their own drinks!
This is our most popular option, and it's as easy as it sounds!
Guests simply purchase their own beverages throughout your celebration. They can open individual tabs or pay as they go.
There is no minimum beverage purchase, no required hosted tab, and no obligation for you to cover your guests' drinks.
Perfect for: Any celebration where the host would prefer guests to purchase their own beverages.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
No beverage minimums: Private rentals do not require a minimum amount of beverage sales.
Flexible arrangements: You can choose the bar option that best fits your celebration and budget.
Beverage pricing: Current full-size beer pints are $7, including tax. Prices and selections are subject to change.
Responsible service: Our beertenders reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service when necessary.

Absolutely! Guests renting our venue are welcome to bring nonalcoholic beverages, including bottled water, lemonade, tea, coffee, juice, and children's drinks.
You may also bring a cooler for these beverages. We recommend placing it in a designated area for easy guest access.
Please Note: Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. This exception for outside nonalcoholic beverages applies to private events only.

We ask that our hosts help return the brewery to its original condition before their rental period ends.
Please place trash in the provided lined trash cans, remove decorations and personal belongings, and return tables and chairs to their original locations.
Our team will handle the removal and disposal of ordinary event trash. Large or unusual waste items, such as helium tanks, broken canopies, and construction materials, must be removed by the host.

For the safety of our guests and to protect our brewery grounds, bounce houses and inflatable play structures are not permitted during private events.

Your approved arrival and departure times will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Please remember that setup, decorating, vendor arrivals, celebrating, and cleanup must all take place within your reserved rental hours.
Need a little extra time? Additional hours may be arranged for $150 per hour, including continued beertender service, subject to availability and approval.

Our brewery is primarily an outdoor venue, with approximately 90% of our event space located outdoors.
We do have a covered patio that can accommodate approximately 65 seated guests. During the cooler months, patio curtains are typically installed to provide additional protection from the elements.
Because Texas weather can be unpredictable, we encourage hosts to consider seasonal conditions when planning their celebrations.

Absolutely! We've got the speakers, you bring the soundtrack!
Cactus Land Brewing Co. has an existing Sonos sound system throughout the property, along with two large Bluetooth speakers and a microphone.
We offer two options for music during your private event:
Background Music | Use Our Sound System
Looking for some light background music while your guests mingle, enjoy drinks, and celebrate?
You're welcome to provide us with a “set it and forget it” playlist to play through our sound system. This option is perfect for creating a relaxed atmosphere with continuous background music.
Our team will start your provided playlist and allow it to play continuously throughout your event. Individual song requests, frequent music changes, and ongoing playlist management are not included.
DJ or Live Entertainment | Your Music, Your Way!
If you're looking to control the music throughout your celebration, including specific songs, announcements, transitions, special dances, or changes throughout the event, you will need to hire your own DJ or entertainment provider.
Our beertenders are dedicated to serving your guests and cannot act as DJs or manage music throughout your celebration.

Our brewery has a small onsite ice machine primarily reserved for brewery operations.
While we may be able to assist with a limited amount of emergency ice, hosts are responsible for providing any additional ice needed for catering, coolers, or personal beverages.
Planning ahead? We recommend coordinating your ice needs with your caterer or event vendors before your celebration.

Your rental included two beertenders, that will help guide your guest to finding the perfect drink of choice at your event. We often provide many samples of our products as we know many of our guest at private events are often new to our venue.

Our rotating menu features approximately 16–20+ beer selections, ranging from light, easy-drinking lagers to flavorful IPAs, alongside wine, frozen wine, specialty draft cocktails, and nonalcoholic options.

We have plenty of options beyond beer!
Cactus Land Brewing Co. operates under a malt beverage and wine permit, so we do not serve traditional distilled spirits or liquor shots.
However, we offer a variety of specialty draft cocktails crafted with non-distilled spirits, along with wine, frozen wine, and our handcrafted beers.
Our cocktail selections are designed to offer familiar flavors similar to traditional mixed drinks, giving your guests plenty of choices beyond beer.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
A few helpful details to make planning your celebration a little easier!
We want your private event at Cactus Land Brewing Co. to be enjoyable, memorable, and as stress-free as possible. Please review the following information before reserving your date.
Outdoor Venue & Weather
Our brewery is approximately 90% outdoors, surrounded by mature oak trees and beautiful Texas countryside. We recommend considering seasonal weather conditions when planning your event.
Our covered patio accommodates approximately 65 seated guests and provides a sheltered gathering space.
Food & Catering
You're welcome to coordinate your own caterer, food truck, or food arrangements. We can also provide recommendations for local vendors.
Staff Meals
Our two dedicated beertenders will be onsite throughout your event providing beverage service. Since they are unable to leave the property during their scheduled shift, we kindly ask that hosts include our beertenders in their meal arrangements.
Outside Alcohol
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Cactus Land Brewing Co. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
A $200 violation fee applies if outside alcohol is found on the property.
Event Insurance
Private events with more than 100 guests require event-day liability insurance. Coverage can be purchased through EventHelper.com.
Additional insurance requirements, if applicable, will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Rental Hours
Your reserved rental period includes all setup, decorating, vendor arrivals, event activities, and cleanup.
Additional rental hours are available for $150 per hour, including continued beertender service, subject to availability and prior approval.
