Gold Package: $2,500 (12 Hour Rental)
12 Hour window available between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

SEATING: we have 45 small metal chairs, 20 benches, 25 picnic tables under the trees, 6 large round tables with 4 chairs each & 5 bar height tables with 4 chairs each on the covered deck area. The 45 metal chairs and 20 bench (seats 3 each) seating can be used for the ceremony seating. Guests may bring in additional chairs and tables if needed.

Our full beer menu is open for your guests to purchase or to open tabs. Full pints are $7.00 (includes tax).
A private event sign is placed at the front gate.
We handle/haul off all basic trash.
You can bring in your own music, DJ, or entertainment. We do not provide entertainment, but can suggest local artists for your event.
We can help coordinate a food caterer, but you are also more than welcome to provide your own caterer, food truck, or self-serve food. We do not provide food services.
A 220 outlet is available for any food truck or catering crew to hook up to.
Male and female restrooms are provided. And ADA/Gender neutral restroom is located interior in the taproom.

Cabin Rental:
Cabin Rental is used for a Bridal Suite/event suite or for an additional private area. $400.00. Inquire for more information about this offering. Cabin Rental is included in the Gold package. The cabin is not available for an overnight stay & and pets are not allowed in the cabin. (Cabin: Kitchen area, living room, and private restroom)
Non - Alcoholic Beverage station:
$200 - Water, soda and mixed drink station utilizing vintage tubs for the ceremony and reception. Iced down and ready for your guest to grab. This is included in the gold package!
3 cases of water (40 count per case).
3 cases of Soda mixed brands (35 pack per case)
2 cases of Kool-Aid Jammers (40 count per case)

We tell our host(s), to please keep in mind that Cactus Land Brewing Co. does not have a minimum when it comes to the amount of drinks that we need to have served/sold. You are booking our venue and we are simply also here to serve your guest(s) beverages. You as a host DO NOT need to feel obligated to be the sole provider of making sure your guest have drinks. Your guest are coming to the event to support you and your special moment. They are happy to purchase their own drinks! IF you wanted to cover beverages for your guest(s) here are some options to help accommodate that.
One option: You can open up a bar tab to a certain dollar. We would never tell your guest the amount that bar tab is set to. Once we have hit that dollar your guest then would go Dutch and purchase their own drinks on their own tab/dime. I have seen in some cases that guest(s) will pay down a tab and help contribute dollars to keep tabs going longer but this is not common.
Another option - Tickets: You can say hey! We want to purchase all of our guest(s) 1 to 2 drinks and then after that they go on their own tab. In this case we would sell you tickets. You tell me how many drink ticket(s) you want and we will just add that amount to your bar tab the day of the event. You can tell me you want 25-150+ tickets. The current value of a beer ticket is $7 (subject to change) and is valued at a pour of beer (in its largest form), a glass of wine or a small frose (frozen wine). We recommend just having a open tab for n/a drinks since they are valued at a much smaller dollar.
One more option - No budget tabs: You open up a bar tab fully. Please know this something that we are absolutely willing to do but know it is one that we may have to cut someone off. No budget bar tabs are great and very helpful on the beertenders. It keeps the lines at a minimal but just understand that there are people that can/will take advantage of open bar tabs and over consume. Our beertenders will be more on the look out of having to stop serving guest in this case. People are respectful 90% of the time, we have just seen few cases that people can let very loose and have no control when it comes to no budget tabs.
Lastly, just have your guest go Dutch and open up or close out their own tabs as they their own drinks during the duration of the event. This is what 80% of host do. It's the most common method!

YES - Please do. This helps us keep down a line while serving. You can put the ice chest in front of our small n/a beverage cooler to keep guests from opening up our fridge and having to purchase ours.
WE ONLY ALLOW THIS FOR PRIVATE RENTALS.

Please help put all trash into our trash cans (ones with bags/liners). We will only throw away basic trash. We will not be responsible for tossing items like helium balloon tanks, or broken canopies, or any type of construction material. Please move all tables and chairs back into their original location. If you need extra trash bags or a broom during the duration of the event, please just ask us. All trash off the patio, under the tables and inside. Please place all furniture back in original position.

Bounce House Policy: For the safety of all guests and to maintain the integrity of our grounds, bounce houses or inflatable structures are not permitted at any private events held at Cactus Land Brewing Co. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Your arrival time is listed on our rental agreement. If you need more time setting up to decorate please let me know so we can add more time to your rental. Additional hours are an extra charge. Your exit time is listed on the rental agreement as well. If you would like more time during the duration of the event we can always extend your rental and add more time to your tab the day of the event. This often happens with our events. The good times sometimes just need to be continued!

We do but it is very small. We can accommodate one or two emergency bags of ice but unfortunately nothing more. We cannot put bags of ice in our walk-in cooler, hosts will forget about them and ice will melt all over the floor.

We brew over 16-20+ different styles of beer. We always have a wide variety of beers on tap that will cater to any beer drinker... even the ones just like "Bud Light!" You can stay up to date with what's on tap here: https://www.cactuslandbrewing.com/whats-on-tap
Your rental included two beertenders, that will help guide your guest to finding the perfect drink of choice at your event. We often provide many samples of our products as we know many of our guest at private events are often new to our venue.

Cactus Land only has a malt beverage license and wine resellers permit. We do not sell any products over 17% ABV. We do have draft cocktails and canned cocktails that do mimic traditional spirit cocktails. We do not sell traditional commercial beer, we make all the beer we sell in-house.

The patio can seat about 65 people. During the months of December to about March the following year our patio curtains are normally down during that time acting as a secondary enclosed space. We are dominantly an exterior venue, please also know the weather is always changing. Side Bar can act as a secondary location for serving food, freeing up more interior space for seating.

Not a problem, we have over 16 Sonos Speakers that can play music. Please let us know the day of the event if there is a particular sound or music style we should play for your event. You can also create a play list via Spodify and connect to our sonos to control the sounds durring your event.

Please select the date you are seeking to book and complete the following Rental Agreement form. We recommend that you complete this via desktop verses on a mobile device. Payment is confirmation of booking. Erica will email you with in 24-48 hours of booking.

Beverages/Beer product is not included in the base rental rate.
Guest count over 100 guests, day private insurance does have to be purchased via eventhelper.com. As long as the guest count is under 100 guests, you do not need private insurance.

Many hosts either open a tab to a certain dollar or they will pre-purchase drinks and pass out tickets to guests. Once the tickets are gone the guest then opens their own tab. We don't sell full kegs; all alcohol is sold per glass.
Think about your guest count and how many beverages you are seeking for each guest to consume.
We do ask that our host feed our staff as they are not able to leave during the events.
We are 90% exterior venue, please think about the seasons and weather history prior to booking.
We are a brewery, we do not have a liquor license. No offsite alcohol permitted. Non - Alcoholic beverages can be brought in (water, lemonade, tea, coffee, kids drinks, etc.)
